Our initial sessions are dedicated to truly understanding you. This journey is about maximizing your power of self-love, achieving a healing mindset, and a full awareness of your authentic self.

We will chart your roadmap to healing by discussing your unique relationship with the 5 core motivators:

Targeted

We work together, one-on-one, to discuss and naturally build upon your knowledge of food-as-medicine, your existing practices, and removing the dangers of oxidative stress.
